Novemer Nine Set...

With an average chip stack of  24.4 million the final table for the World Series Of Poker Main Event is now set. All 9 players have been paid 9th place money of $811,823 and will be paid the difference of 9th and wherever they end up in November.

This years field includes 6 Americans, 2 Canadians and an Italian. As with last year there is 1 big name pro remaining in the field, last year it was Phil Ivey and this year it's Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi who is currently sitting in 7th place with 14,450,000 chips.

The Final Table is as follows:

  2. John Dolan 46,250,000 from FL, USA
  3. Joseph Cheong 23,525,000 from CA, USA
  4. John Racener 19,050,000 from FL, USA
  5. Matthew Jarvis 16,700,000 from BC, Canada
  6. Filippo Candio 16,400,000 from Cagliari, Italy
  7. Michael Mizrachi 14,450,000 from FL, USA
  8. Soi Nguyen 9,650,000 from CA, USA
  9. Jason Senti 7,625,000 from MN, USA
These 9 are all that remain of the 7,319 people who paid the $10,000 buy-in to this years Main Event which had a total prize pool of $68,798,600. The players will now take a 4 month break and come back to the Amazon Room at the Rio in November to play for the bracelet and the first place prize of $8,944,138.
