Fremonts Finest...

Last night was a blast overall. Sue had a few minor issues which were handled quickly and all else went quite well. Kendra, Tasha, Sue and I had a great laugh as we all tried to do the "Cupid Shuffle" and "The Cha Cha Slide".

WonderBoogie was playing at the 3rd St. stage and as usual they put on one heck of a performance. There are many talented bands here in Vegas but WonderBoogie is certainly at the top of the list. I am far from what you would call a disco fan and yet when WonderBoogie is on stage I can't help finding myself having a good time singing along and dancing. The comedy and audience participation segments of their show are 2nd to none and I go down to see them every chance I get.

I am expecting an email in 2-3 days of a video of the "Dancing Queen" portion of the show, where the band chooses a member of the audience (always a man), gives them the "WonderBoogie Oath", dresses them up in hilarious costumes and makes them dance around the audience to "Dancing Queen" by ABBA. This is one of the most fun parts of the show, but with the video coming here it is just more proof that what happens in Vegas does NOT stay here...;)

Tonight we will continue our trek through the 70s as The Platinum Rockstars will be on the 3rd St. stage performing a tribute to Foreigner, Boston, Led Zeppelin and Van Halen. It should be a great time and I am hoping Andrea shows up tonight with her camera so I can post some pics. If not I will try to find a way to get some pics up here, but my phone doesn't have a camera so I have to rely on someone else...

See ya soon and remember,
What Happens In Vegas...
