What Happens In Vegas Stays In Vegas?

I think not! The truth of the matter is that what happens in Vegas stays on the internet! I'll be writing here about the local goings on in Downtown Las Vegas and sometimes maybe about what is happening on the strip as well.

I'll start with tonight...

I got to The Fremont St. Experience (henceforth known as "the mont" or "the mall") at around 9pm. The AC/DC Tribute band "Highway To Hell" was just starting to play and I figured I'd spend the evening listening to them alone as most of my friends don't usually come out on sunday night...wow was I wrong. As I walked up to my usual spot I was jumped on and promptly hugged by Kendra and Tasha and I also noticed that Brian and Karen where there as well.

After about 30 minutes Tasha, her new BF and Kendra decided they wanted to go down to the 1st St. stage and watch "Fremont Fever" so we all walked down there and had fun cheering Jason on in our usual Fremont fashion...in other words we laughed and had a good time while singing along and making jokes about the outfits he was forced to wear as part of the show. Once we go to the 1st St. stage we ran into Dillon and his bud Eric, everyone wanted to go down to Main St. to the DJ rather than continue watching the show and so we went...Booooring...I don't dance much so the DJ is a bit of a bore for me but being with my friends is always a cool thing.

So, I stuck around until 11 or so and asked Tasha to make sure Kendra got home before curfew, she really can't afford another citation, and saundered off back to the 3rd St. stage to see a few more minutes of the AC/DC tribute and say good night to Brian and Karen.

Yeah, yeah, I know...pretty boring stuff tonight. But wait until Friday and Saturday when all the freaks come out...you'll see, it'll get interesting then...;)
